Together we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, businesses, communities, and way of life. We hope our guests and their loved ones are safe and healthy. During this time, when the community is more important than ever, we remain committed to keeping you connected and informed.
We understand you have questions and concerns about the impact COVID-19 may have on your upcoming reservation. As of now, we are hopeful Old Bahama Bay will be operating as soon as possible. However, as this is an uncertain situation, we wanted to update you with options and adjustments which may take place as this situation evolves.
We have had reservations that were not able to be met due to our requirement to abide by Bahamian law and travel restrictions. Bahamas Borders remain closed as per the Bahama Government Announcement April 27th 2020.
Any reservations not met will be returned to the guest in the form of an Old Bahama Bay voucher. This voucher will be valid for two years and will have first priority over reservations dates for the future requested booking dates.
All future reservations cancelled within the framework of our cancellation policy will also receive Old Bahama Bay vouchers. They will also be valid for one year and will have second priority to the above-mentioned vouchers.
Once we have a solid timeline from the Bahamas government as to when travel will open up again, we will make sure to announce and communicate to all of our beloved guests.
This storm too shall pass and we will be together enjoying our piece of paradise again very soon! We sincerely thank you for your loyalty and support!
